Responsibilities:

- Handle daily maintenance requests from residential, commercial and office clients
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to high-quality standards
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Report completed tasks and issues to the supervisor
