Job Description

  • Develop the overall L&D strategy and identify skill gaps by analyzing organizational needs and data.
  • Design, produce, and implement training programs, materials, and initiatives, such as induction programs and employee learning plans.
  • Manage the L&D budget, including forecasting costs and negotiating with external training vendors.
  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery of training through various methods, such as e-learning, workshops, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, analyze results, and report on L&D performance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and line managers to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a learning and development or organizational development role.
  • Expertise in creating effective learning materials and activities.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Ability to analyze data to measure effectiveness and identify needs.
  • Strong skills in managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Experience managing teams and developing others, particularly in coaching line managers.
  • Often requires a bachelor's degree in a related field like HR, psychology, or business.
  • Familiarity with the precious metals or financial services industry is a plus.
