Job Description
The Architect will be responsible for producing architectural drawings and design outputs, including 2D and 3D designs, presentation materials, and visual content for various projects. The role requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and a high level of design quality within the technical office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings including plans, elevations, and basic architectural details.
- Develop and produce 2D and 3D architectural designs according to project requirements.
- Create 3D models using SketchUp and produce high-quality renderings using Enscape or V-Ray.
- Design presentation boards and visual materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Organize and manage project files, ensuring a well-structured and accessible documentation system.
- Coordinate with the design team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and design principles.
- Ability to produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Good visual and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Preferably residing in 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed.
