Job description
• Selling products that require extensive technical expertise and support for installation and use, such as a sales force automation system, websites or mobile applications.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support.
• Support sales via phone calls or visit by generating new leads
• Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
• Create sales or service contracts for products or services.
• Develop, submit, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request responses for industry-specific proposals and solutions.
• Visit potential buyers in commercial, industrial, or other establishments to view samples or catalogs and inform them of product pricing, availability, and features.
• Research and identify potential customers for products or services.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts for long term success.
• Develop positive relationships with clients.
• Act as a point of contact and deal with individual customer needs.
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
requirements:
• BA/BS or equivalent.
• 1 year experience including at least 1+ years experience selling software.
• Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English in both written and spoken skills.
• Ability to generate leads and build pipelines and sales forecasts.
• Good expert in computer skills in (MS Office).
• Experience in providing customer focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Build natural relationships with integrity, reliability and maturity.
• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
• Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Background in programming/testing/system design a plus.
