 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for Sales Agents with no prior experience. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through property transactions. Sales Agents will assist in building strong customer relationships, promoting properties, and achieving sales targets. On-the-job training and skill development will be provided to ensure career growth in the real estate sector.

 Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients

Basic understanding of Sales processes and techniques

Ability to adapt and learn quickly during Training programs

Interest or willingness to learn about the real estate and Insurance sectors

Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
