Job Description

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational development initiatives to enhance overall effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify organizational needs and develop strategies for talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and analyze data to recommend improvements in structure, processes, and culture.
  • Facilitate change management programs and support departments in navigating organizational transitions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of development programs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Ensure alignment of organizational development initiatives with company values, mission, and strategic objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of organizational development professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organizational development, recommending innovative solutions as appropriate.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to design and implement organizational development programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess organizational needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in facilitating training sessions and workshops.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
