Job Description
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational development initiatives to enhance overall effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify organizational needs and develop strategies for talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Conduct organizational assessments and analyze data to recommend improvements in structure, processes, and culture.
- Facilitate change management programs and support departments in navigating organizational transitions.
- Develop and deliver training programs to build leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
