Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering.
• 8–10 years experience in Telecom, Network، IIOT & Cyber security within Oil & Gas / Energy.
• Strong expertise in Digital Oil Field solutions.
• Deep knowledge of transmission media (Fiber, Microwave, Pre- Wimax, LTE/4G, VSAT, Radio).
• Proven experience in Network Design & Implementation (L2/L3 – routing, switching, redundancy).
• Experience in Low Current Systems (CCTV, PAGA, Access Control).
• Strong background in PBX & VoIP systems.
• Experience in Data Center passive & active components.
• Hands-on experience delivering Cyber Security solutions to enterprise/Energy customers (network security, OT security, threat protection, compliance, firewalls, segmentation, access policies).
• IIOT/SCADA knowledge is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Telecom, Network, IIOT & Cyber Security engineers.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions for Telecom, Network, IIOT & Cyber Security to Energy sector clients.
• Support Sales Team in identifying opportunities and opening new channels.
• Provide high-level technical expertise in design, proposals, and customer engagements.
• Ensure successful project implementation aligned with engineering standards and customer requirements.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in solution offerings.
• Ensure solutions comply with industry best practices and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
