Position Title: Plumbing Foreman

Reporting To: Plumbing Engineer / Site Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing works at our construction and MEP project sites. The ideal candidate must be capable of supervising installations, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. The candidate should be bilingual (Arabic & English) and must have a valid Civil ID and Work Permit reflecting a plumbing-related job title. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily plumbing activities including drainage, water supply, and pump installation.
• Read and interpret plumbing/shop drawings and coordinate with engineers.
• Allocate manpower and materials for efficient task execution.
• Inspect ongoing works to ensure quality, alignment, and proper connections.
• Monitor testing and commissioning of plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with other trades to avoid service clashes.
• Enforce safety practices and use of PPE on site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit to the site engineer.
• Guide and train junior plumbers and helpers as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5–7 years of plumbing site experience in the construction or MEP sector.
• Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, and plumbing codes/standards.
• Ability to understand and follow technical drawings and layouts.
• Bilingual – fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Must have a valid Civil ID and Work Permit clearly showing a plumbing-related job title.
• Immediate joining preferred.
• Valid Kuwait residency (Article 18) is required.

Interview Process:

1. HR Round – Review of documents (Civil ID, work permit), background, and availability.
2. Technical Round – Practical questions on plumbing systems, tools, and leadership experience.
3. Managerial Round – Final evaluation of communication, coordination ability, and reliability on site.
