Inbound Tourism | DMC | Full-Time | On-Site

We are hiring a Senior Travel Consultant to join our inbound DMC team at our Cairo office.

This position is designed for an experienced professional with deep knowledge of inbound tourism, strong supplier negotiation skills, and a clear focus on service quality.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in travel and tourism
• (Inbound DMC background is mandatory)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage
• Solid experience in:
• Quotations, costing, and itinerary preparation
• Handling tailor-made programs and groups
• Strong negotiation skills with hotels, transportation, guides, and other suppliers
• Excellent customer care and client communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple files, and meet deadlines
• High level of flexibility, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Strong team spirit, reliability, and punctuality
• Based in Cairo, preferably living in Heliopolis or nearby areas

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound travel requests from international partners
• Prepare accurate, competitive, and well-structured quotations
• Negotiate rates and conditions with suppliers
• Follow up on bookings and coordinate with operations
• Ensure high service quality from quotation to execution
• Maintain excellent relationships with partners and internal teams
