Job Title: ISO Instructor (Recorded Courses) – PlatformAbout:

a new digital learning platform focused on empowering professionals and fresh graduates with practical, industry-ready skills. We provide high-quality online training content developed by experienced industry experts. As part of our expansion, we are seeking qualified ISO Instructors to create professional recorded courses across multiple ISO standards.

Position Overview

The ISO Instructor will be responsible for developing, recording, and delivering high-quality online training content for the platform. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in ISO management systems, experience in auditing or consulting, and the ability to simplify complex standards into clear, engaging learning modules.

This is a project-based / freelance role with flexible hours. All materials will be recorded and uploaded to the platform.

Key Responsibilities1. Course Development & Recording

• Develop full training curricula for specific ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, 27001, 50001, 13485, HACCP, etc.).
• Produce recorded video lessons using the platform’s required format and style.
• Create clear explanations, examples, case studies, and practical exercises.
• Prepare all supporting training materials (slides, reading files, quizzes, templates, forms, checklists).

2. Content Quality & Compliance

• Ensure alignment with the latest versions of ISO standards and industry best practices.
• Break down complex clauses and requirements into simple, practical steps for learners.
• Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and high educational value in all content produced.
• Update course materials when standards change.

3. Learner Engagement

• Provide real-life examples to make concepts practical.
• Create assessments, MCQs, and knowledge checks to measure learner understanding.
• Participate in occasional Q&A sessions or discussion boards (optional based on agreement).

4. Platform Collaboration

• Work closely with the Entagahez content team to align with platform guidelines (branding, voice, pacing, duration).
• Submit recordings and materials on schedule.
• Assist in improving course quality based on learner feedback.

Required QualificationsTechnical Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
• Certified Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor in one or more ISO standards preferred:
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• ISO 22000 / HACCP
• ISO 27001
• ISO 50001
• ISO 13485
• Other standards are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing, consulting, or implementing ISO management systems.
• Previous experience as a trainer or instructor (online or classroom) is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Skills

• Ability to simplify technical terms for beginners.
• Strong English and/or Arabic communication.
• Ability to produce clean, high-quality recordings.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning structure is an advantage.
