Senior Production Specialist – Cosmetics Toll Manufacturing

Location: 6th of October City

Our client, a Cosmetics manufacturing company is seeking a toll manufacturing coordinator or Production Specialist to supervise and follow up on the production process at a third-party manufacturing facility (sister company) in 6th of October City.

The role focuses on ensuring production schedule adherence, raw material availability, IPC compliance, and overall manufacturing quality in coordination with client’s Production Manager.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Follow up daily production plans and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
• Monitor in-process control (IPC) and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and production requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the factory’s Production Manager and internal Production team.
• Follow up on manufacturing steps to ensure process discipline and proper documentation.
• Report production progress, deviations, and quality issues to client’s management.
• Support quality assurance activities related to production follow-up and release.

🔹 Requirements (Must Have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Agriculture, or related scientific field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Cosmetics manufacturing, or Medical / pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience in Production follow-up, IPC, or Quality Assurance related to production.
• Hands-on experience in production floor follow-up.
• Good understanding of GMP / IPC concepts.
• Ability to work on-site at manufacturing facility.
• Strong coordination and reporting skills.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Background in cosmetics or medical products.
• Residence in or near 6th of October City.
• Experience dealing with production schedules and material planning.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
