Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Leasing Specialist to handle commercial leasing operations and inventory development. This role includes collecting building and office data, taking photos and videos for listings, managing leads, and closing leasing deals, with a strong focus on commercial properties in New Cairo.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, verify, and organize commercial building and office data, especially in New Cairo (offices, administrative buildings, retail units).

Build and maintain a verified inventory database for commercial properties.

Conduct site visits to take professional photos and short videos for listings.

Prepare accurate property descriptions and marketing materials.

Upload and manage listings on the company website, Property Finder, OLX, and other platforms.

Handle inbound and outbound leasing inquiries.

Match client requirements with suitable commercial properties.

Arrange and conduct property viewings.

Negotiate lease terms and close leasing deals.

Coordinate contracts and follow up until handover.

Maintain CRM updates, inventory status, and deal tracking.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial leasing, particularly in New Cairo 

Good knowledge of New Cairo projects, business districts, and office hubs.

Ability to collect field data and work systematically.

Experience taking property photos and walkthrough videos.

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Professional attitude and client-oriented mindset.
