Hiring: Performance Media Buyer
We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Media Buyer, not a generic “marketer.”
This role is for someone who lives in numbers, testing, and execution, someone who can take ownership of paid acquisition and scale what works.What you’ll be responsible for
Managing and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google
Building, testing, and optimizing performance funnels
Owning budgets, pacing, and KPIs end-to-end
Launching and iterating creatives based on performance data
Monitoring results daily and making fast, informed decisions
Working closely with founders and the creative team
What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a performance media buyer
Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, LTV, and attribution
Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining account stability
Data-driven mindset with clear decision-making logic
Comfortable with accountability and measurable outcomes
