Role Description

• Review design drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements.
• Study and assess drawings, plans, bills of quantities (BOQ) specifications and other documents related to projects.
• Provide proposal to resolve any design issues.
• Provide value engineering studies for the project prior to construction commencement.
• Prepare the required shop drawings to ensure successful completion of the project.
• Provide quantity take off.
• Provide cost estimates and price analysis.
• Collaborate and interact with site team.
• Adhere to the best practices, standards, and procedures of the company.
• Managing relationships in projects with all departments.
• Reporting regularly on project progress to project manager.
• Assess the project and its requirements.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
