Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:

· Register courses for all students.

· Keep and update all the university’s students’ records according to their registration.

· Issue students’ certificates, transcripts, and enrollment letters.

· Process the change of major requests, repairs, and reports.

· Implement course substitution, drop/add, and repeat requests for the students.

· Prepare a list of graduates with their ranks, such as honors, high honors, and highest honors.

· Conduct transfer of credits for students.

· Coordinate the leave of absence of the students with their advisor.

· Enforce holds on the student for admission or financial purposes.

· Update students’ records after receiving grades every semester.

· Supervise the process of registering the students in the Military Service.

· Process students’ withdrawals from both courses and the university.

· Implementing and enforcing the university’s academic regulations and policies.

· Prepare and update class lists.

· Record grades and changes as reported by the faculty.

· Prepare statistical lists to senior management (students on hold, registration statistics etc).



Knowledge, skills, and abilities:


· Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.

· 1- 3 years of experience

· Knowledge of Administrative tasks & Data management procedures

· (MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Good problem analysis, assessment, and communication skills.

· Judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent planning, organizing, time, and work management.

Very good command of written and spoken the English Language.
