Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Tourism Consultant. The Tourism Consultant will handle travel planning, provide expert consulting services, offer tailored travel recommendations, and deliver excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities include creating travel itineraries, facilitating client bookings, troubleshooting travel-related concerns, and providing assistance and training to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Planning and Consulting to create and manage personalized travel itineraries.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with and assist clients.
• Experience in Training and knowledge-sharing to support team and client understanding.
• Ability to handle tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and local tourism destinations is an advantage.
