Job Description
- o Manage the end-to-end proposal cycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals.
- o Review and analyze customer RFQs, tenders, and technical specifications.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimation and compliance statements.
- Provide guidance to juniors and ensure proposals are submitted on time and meet all client and internal quality standards.
- Maintain accurate proposal documentation and update the bid tracking system.
- Support the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations by providing technical clarifications and justifications.
- Participate in kick-off meetings with the customers to ensure smooth execution of the awarded projects.
- Responsible for processing and following up on orders with the suppliers to meet customers’ delivery schedules and oversee payment processes.
- Prepare Cash Flow Projections for large projects, aiding in liquidity management and boosting project success.
- Responsible for updating the database and preparing sales figures analyses to enhance sales performance.
- Manage the orders with the suppliers, and coordinate with the logistics team for delivery and invoicing.
- Follow up with the finance department on the payment process to ensure all suppliers’ dues are settled on time.
- Identify value-engineering opportunities to enhance competitiveness and profitability.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent technical field).
- 2-3+ years of professional experience in proposal, tendering, or presales engineering, preferably in the energy, oil & gas, or power sectors.
- Knowledge of electrical equipment (Industrial & commercial UPS, DC Chargers, Batteries, etc.) is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
- Database management and analysis are preferred.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
- Strong English skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
