Job Description

• Develop and produce detailed architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for industrial, commercial, and large-scale development projects.
• Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and HVAC engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural and engineering systems.
• Prepare and review architectural documentation, including technical reports, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards throughout the design and construction phases.
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovative materials, and best practices to enhance project outcomes and design efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within industrial or commercial sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, and other architectural design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, and HVAC teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
