- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of automotive spare parts.
- Develop and implement effective warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high standards of safety and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with procurement to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to streamline inbound and outbound shipments, reducing lead times and costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, generate reports, and identify areas for process optimization.
- Manage relationships with service centers, auto parts retailers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, address operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
