Strategic Leadership & Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and create competitive advantages.
• Manage the IT department's budget, forecasting, and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Operations & Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and communication systems.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all business-critical systems and data.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.

Project & Service Delivery:

• Direct the planning and execution of major IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Manage the IT service desk and ensure high-quality end-user support and service delivery.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to meet evolving business needs.

Security, Risk & Compliance:

• Develop and maintain a robust cybersecurity strategy, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate technology-related risks to the business.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and performance goals for the IT department.
