Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Moderator located in Cairo, Egypt. The Content Moderator will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards. Responsibilities include identifying inappropriate or prohibited content, analyzing data to spot patterns, providing effective communication to users, offering technical support where necessary, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for the community. The role may also involve collaborating with teams to suggest improvements to platform policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to review, evaluate, and identify patterns or trends in user-generated content
• Excellent Communication skills for internal collaboration and customer communication
• Customer Service skills to address user concerns and provide a positive user experience
• Experience with Technical Support to assist users in resolving platform-related issues
• Ability to conduct user Training sessions to promote adherence to platform guidelines and rules
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowing a second language like Arabic is a strong advantage
• Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently under deadlines
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is beneficial
