We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits management, and Personnel administration. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee data, and supporting the development of competitive reward frameworks.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing including attendance, deductions, overtime, incentives, and final settlements.
- Maintain accurate and updated personnel records, contracts, HRIS data, and employee files in compliance with labor law.
- Administer Compensation & Benefits programs, including medical insurance, social insurance, allowances, mobile lines, and other employee benefits.
- Handle social insurance (Form 1, 2, 6) and ensure timely submissions.
- Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll variance, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
- Support annual salary review, market benchmarking, and bonus calculations.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, and external providers to resolve payroll or benefits issues.
- Answer employee inquiries related to salaries, attendance, and benefits.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Personnel.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law & social insurance regulations.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and HR systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information professionally.
