Role Description

This is a full-time, Multiple-site role based in Cairo for a Housekeeping Manager. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are consistently met in all company locations. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring housekeeping staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized and efficient workflow. Additional tasks involve recruitment, training, and periodic evaluation of staff.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience in team leadership and staff management
• Proficiency in Laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Experience in Hiring and training staff
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in housekeeping operations
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management are a plus
