Job Summary:

The role is focusing on overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of automated workflows and Business Process Management (BPM) systems to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of workflow and BPM applications.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of automated workflows and BPM systems.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and design tailored automation solutions.
  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide automation strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Create and manage a roadmap for workflow and BPM system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in automation solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of BPM and workflow systems with core applications, including ERP, CRM, and core banking platforms.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Oversee data flows between systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the IT department and business units for automation projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize automation initiatives based on business needs and ROI.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress, challenges, and impact of automation initiatives.
  • Oversee the resolution of technical issues related to workflow and BPM systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to business processes during system changes or upgrades.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years specializing in workflow or BPM systems.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing automation solutions in a complex enterprise environment for manager.
  • Strong expertise in Temenos T24, including its architecture, modules, and integration points.
  • Hands-on experience with T24 system upgrades, configurations, and customizations.
