We are looking for a 100% creative expert.
Not a designer, not a marketer, not a brand person - but 100% creative. A storyteller with proven experience in the creative field, who conceived ideas from scratch, developed them, led to a large number of customers, mastered psychological marketing, target audience selection, measurement and data analysis.
We are a large and stable high-tech company based in the US (60 employees and expanding every day) developing a language learning platform based on watching TV shows and movies. And we are looking for you!
Responsibilities
● Research and generate ideas for ads (YouTube, Pmax, Dem-Gen, Meta, etc), and other marketing channels;
● Monitor the ads of the market/competitors, follow trends, find new formats;
● Owns the process of asset creation, delivery timelines, creates briefs, requests, follows the production until it's done.● Builds workflows for smoother collaboration between teams, as Creative Management System. ● Analyse the effectiveness of creatives according to the metrics of the ads. ● Build processes with hypothesis validation and scaling of successful ads. ● Manages assets storage (DAM).
● Recruits content creators & manages them.
● Acts as the bridge between the marketing and creative teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Requirements
● Mandatory: Proven experience in the US market, also in the DTC or startup environment, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and advertising trends.
● Native/Fluent/Advanced English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate and execute ad strategies.
● Experience in performance marketing, with a deep understanding of metrics, A/B testing, and creative analytics.
● Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making, ensuring ads are both engaging and high-converting.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative pipelines simultaneously.
● Familiarity with DAM systems, ad platforms, and creative production tools
