About the Company:

Power Market is a leading industrial manufacturing company specializing in precision engineering, metal sheet production, and die casting. We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure our manufacturing processes and final products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate QA documentation, inspection records, and quality reports.
• Develop and implement quality control systems across production lines.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with audits and inspections conducted by regulatory bodies and certification agencies.
• Define and execute inspection protocols for incoming raw materials and components.
• Monitor quality checkpoints across all stages of the manufacturing process.
• Perform detailed inspections, measurements, and tests on semi-finished and final products.
• Work closely with production teams to enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform dimensional checks, surface inspections, and functional testing before product release.
• Propose and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for non-conformance issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years in a QA/QC role within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong familiarity with quality control tools, inspection methods, and reporting techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and documentation abilities.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
