Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

 

• Supervision & Execution: Direct and daily supervision of all architectural finishing phases (including flooring, walls, ceilings, paint, and fixture installation).
• Quality & Material Management: Ensuring all finishing works comply with approved technical specifications and material quality standards.
• Time Management: Monitoring and managing execution schedules to ensure all finishing stages are delivered on time.
• Budget & Quantity Management: Reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for finishing materials and assisting in material budget management.
• Site Coordination: Effective coordination with MEP engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth integration of all trades.
• Project Handover: Preparing final handover reports for completed phases in collaboration with the consultant and the owner.

Job Requirements

Main Requirements:

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering .

Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years of practical experience, with a specific focus on:

• Execution and management of finishing works for luxury residential villas and administrative buildings.
• Direct site quality control and assurance (Site Quality Control).

 

Core Competencies:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions onsite.
• Meticulous attention to detail in reading and applying architectural specifications and technical details.
• Strong communication skills necessary for effective coordination between subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

 

Software Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite: For preparing reports and quantity tables.
• MS Project / Primavera: For managing and scheduling site work and timelines.
• Architectural software: AutoCAD,  Revit (BIM) or SketchUp/3D Max (Preferred & strong advantage).
