Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, resolving queries and providing guidance. 
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners by understanding their needs. 
  • Provide proactive support, including product recommendations, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new partners. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, technical support) to deliver integrated solutions. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. 
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using CRM (Salesforce). 
  • Monitor partner feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.

Job Requirements

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field 

 

Prior Work Experience:

  •  1-3 years in partner/customer success, account management, or related roles

 

Language Proficiency:

  •  Fluency in both spoken & written English language is required. 

 

Skills & Abilities: 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking 
  • Training and presentation skills 
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) 

 

Knowledge:

  •  Industry trends, product knowledge, competitor landscape
