Job Description:-
● Menu Engineering: Design a dual-menu strategy (human cafe staples + pet-friendly
treats) that aligns with the "Wellbeing" pillar and maximizes gross profit.
● Cost Control: Monitor food costs, waste percentages, and portion control to ensure
F&B margins remain above industry standards.
● Vendor Management: Source high-quality, safe ingredients and manage relationships
with food and beverage suppliers.
● Product Innovation: Develop signature "Petjoy" branded treats and seasonal offerings
to drive upsells and retail purchases.
● Compliance: Ensure all food storage and preparation processes comply with local
health regulations and pet safety standards.
Requirements:
● Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Food & Beverage Management, Culinary Operations,
or Menu Development within the hospitality industry.
● Relevant Skills: Expertise in menu engineering, cost control systems, supply chain
management, and food safety regulations
