Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Foreman located in Cairo, Egypt. The Site Foreman will oversee daily construction site operations, manage and direct workers, ensure the proper use and maintenance of heavy equipment, and maintain work schedules. The role requires monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating effectively with construction team members and management to deliver quality results on time.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage teams and ensure project timelines are met
• Proficiency in using and maintaining Heavy Equipment
• Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with team members, stakeholders, and management
• Experience and skills in Carpentry and Maintenance work
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in construction
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role in the construction field
• Diploma or certification in Construction Management or a related field is advantageous
