• Develop, update, and maintain architectural BIM models using Revit and other relevant software, ensuring accurate representation of design elements.
• Coordinate with project managers, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to integrate architectural components into the overall project BIM model.
• Identify and resolve clashes between architectural elements and other building systems using tools like Navisworks.
• Ensure that all architectural BIM models comply with project standards and specifications, providing guidance on best practices.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing technical drawings, plans, schedules, and shop drawings based on BIM models.
• Support the project team with BIM-related tasks, including setting up model views, extracting quantities, and preparing reports.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on the BIM coordination process and address any issues.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on architectural BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, specifically with architectural projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Architecture, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, detailing, and coordination with structural and MEP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols, including project setup, clash detection, and coordination processes.
