Job Description: Client Acquisition Specialist — BlackTape
Role Purpose
You bring the doors. We open them.
Your mandate is singular: secure high-value clients for BlackTape across Events, Social Media Marketing, and ATL/BTL Campaigns. You operate with precision, presence, and a portfolio of relationships ready to activate. BlackTape is a house of sovereign execution—your role is to ensure the right clients walk through its gates.
Core Responsibilities
• Build and sustain a pipeline of premium clients aligned with BlackTape’s standards of scale and sophistication.
• Leverage your existing network to land immediate opportunities in Events, Social Media, and ATL/BTL campaigns.
• Conduct strategic outreach, negotiations, and presentations that reflect the BlackTape brand voice.
• Craft proposals in collaboration with BlackTape’s Creative, Craftsman, and Digital divisions.
• Maintain direct relationships with decision-makers, ensuring deals move with urgency and clarity.
• Identify new market openings and align BlackTape’s offerings to seize them.
• Meet revenue targets and expand BlackTape’s portfolio of elite partners.
• Ensure seamless transition of secured accounts to internal divisions for execution.
Requirements
• Proven experience in client acquisition or business development within Events, Marketing, or Media.
• Pre-existing client network capable of generating immediate business.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation command.
• Understanding of high-level event production, digital marketing, and ATL/BTL structures.
• Ability to work under pressure, pursue targets aggressively, and maintain premium client relationships.
