The HR Talent Development & Recruitment Leader is responsible for designing, leading, and executing the organization’s talent acquisition and talent development strategies. This role ensures the company attracts, selects, and develops top talent while supporting a strong employer brand and a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for managerial and critical positions.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage sourcing channels, talent pipelines, and workforce planning with department heads.
  • Oversee candidate screening, assessments, interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Strengthen employer branding through campaigns, events, and digital platforms.

Talent Development

  • Assess organizational training needs and develop annual learning & development plans.
  • Design and deliver talent development programs, leadership workshops, and career path frameworks.
  • Support performance management cycles, succession planning, and high-potential talent initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and create targeted training interventions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement of L&D programs.

HR Leadership & Strategy

  • Contribute to HR strategy development aligned with company goals.
  • Lead HR projects related to talent management, engagement, and culture development.
  • Provide guidance to HR team members and ensure best practices in talent processes.
  • Manage HR metrics and prepare reports on recruitment and development performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7–12 years of experience in recruitment, talent development, or HR leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in managing talent acquisition and L&D programs.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
