We wish to introduce ourselves as Comex Commercial Co., a company established in Cairo-Egypt since 1978, mainly involved in the supply of engineering products to the construction and Industrial business sector. The main line of our products will be Arc welding machines, plasma cutting machines, CNC profile cutting machines, stud welding machines and related studs and shear connectors in addition to a complete line of sheet metal, machine tools, and welding automation machinery.

The company is headed and managed by well qualified and technical professional, having many years of experience in the field of supply of machinery and welding equipment with all related products.

Job Overview

The after sales engineer providing technical sales and solutions for the Company, receive, analyze, and answer all customers' requests, questions, warranty claims, and clarifications regarding the maintenance. Train and work closely with the department team, achieving a company strategy. Will be responsible for Welding machines, Cutting machines, and machine tools.

Role and Responsibilities

• Inspects units that are ready to be delivered.

• Creates reports.

• Coordinates with the sales Team to set appointments with Clients to hand over their units.

• Assists the team in making all the needed documents in the handover process.

• Revises with the financial department any financial settlements with clients before delivery.

• Follows up on client requests and modifications.

• Receive, analyze, and answer all customers' requests, questions, warranty claims, and clarifications regarding the maintenance.

• Prepare and follow up technical and commercial offers for spare parts, services contracts, products repairing

• Train and work closely with the department team, achieving a company strategy.

• Establish, promote, and maintain excellent rapport with all stakeholders.

• Follow filing and archiving system.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Communication,) or a related field.

- 1-3 year of experience

-Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

-Ability to work individually or as in team member.

-Ability to build excellent relation with other quickly.

-Communication skills.

-Problem solving

-Proximity to Sheikh Zayed and October is required
