Aloha Technologies is building next-generation AI-powered SaaS platforms for logistics, real estate, and service businesses. We are looking for a high-performing Growth Marketing Manager who is an expert in go-to-market strategy, B2B SaaS funnel building, demand generation, and product launch execution.
This role is strategic and hands-on. You will lead growth across multiple AI SaaS products, execute rapid GTM plays, and build predictable acquisition systems that scale from early traction to multi-million-dollar ARR.

Build and own the full GTM strategy for new product launches (ICP, positioning, messaging, pricing, funnel, channels).
Develop and execute multi-channel launch campaigns for AI SaaS products (email, SMS, paid ads, webinars, outbound, partnerships).
Align closely with Product, Sales, and CEO to ensure rapid time-to-market and fast iteration cycles.
Demand Generation & Growth Systems
Build scalable lead-generation engines across inbound (SEO, SEM, paid ads, content) and outbound (cold email, LinkedIn, AI agents).
Manage and optimize CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates, MQL → SQL pipeline, and onboarding funnel.
Implement AI-driven automations to increase speed, reduce cost, and scale reach across all marketing channels.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
Own the marketing tech stack (GHL, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, n8n/Make, analytics dashboards, AI tools).
Use data to run experiments, track KPIs, refine targeting, and scale winning campaigns.
Produce weekly/monthly reporting on growth metrics, CAC efficiency, and performance insights.
Content, Messaging & Brand Positioning
Create compelling SaaS product messaging, landing pages, email copy, and campaigns aligned with ICP pain points.
Develop thought-leadership content for B2B audiences (case studies, webinars, videos, demos).
Ensure brand consistency across GTM materials and customer touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Product to shape feature releases based on customer insights.
Support Sales with marketing collateral, nurturing sequences, and automation flows.
Coordinate with AI and engineering teams to build automated marketing experiences.
Required Experience & Qualifications
5+ years in growth marketing for B2B SaaS (non-negotiable).
Proven success executing GTM and product launches for SaaS companies (startup + enterprise experience preferred).
Deep understanding of full-funnel acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and demand generation.
Strong experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, AI tools, automation workflows (Make, Zapier, n8n), and outbound systems.
Expertise in paid media, including Meta/Google/LinkedIn ads.
Strong copywriting and messaging skills specifically for B2B SaaS.
Data-driven mindset with mastery of marketing KPIs and experimentation frameworks.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led, startup environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience scaling a SaaS from zero → 7-figures ARR or more.
Experience in logistics, real estate, or service-based verticals is a plus.
Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and agent automations.
Ability to work independently, solve problems fast, and execute without micromanagement.
