Job Purpose:
ITXPROS is seeking a versatile and creative Marketing Content Specialist to join our marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing high-quality content that supports our brand, campaigns, and customer engagement goals.
This position combines content creation (articles, blogs, videos, guides, etc.) with social media management (publishing, community engagement, optimization), ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across all digital platforms. You will work closely with Growth, MarCom, Medical, and Creative teams to produce content that supports the full marketing funnel and drives measurable results.

Responsibilities:
Content Planning and Ideation
Research industry trends, competitors, and audience needs to generate content ideas.
Brainstorm new content angles with Marketing, Technical, Sales, and Product teams.
Maintain a content & social media calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and events.
Suggest innovative content formats (video series, interactive posts, educational guides).
Content Production
Develop funnel-specific content tailored to each stage of the customer journey
Produce original content in multiple formats (articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, case studies).
Create engaging multimedia content (short-form videos, reels, stories, podcasts, if applicable).
Repurpose long-form content into multiple bite-sized pieces for social media and campaigns.
Translate complex topics (e.g., dental services, AI applications) into clear, engaging stories.
Social Media Publishing and Management
Publish and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor engagement (comments, DMs, shares) and respond where appropriate.
Optimize posts for reach and engagement (hashtags, timing, and platform-specific best practices).
Coordinate with the Growth Team for paid social campaigns to ensure alignment on content and targeting.
Content Maintenance
Regularly update existing content with fresh data, visuals, and SEO improvements.
Manage and organize a content library for reuse across campaigns.
Ensure compliance with dental/medical industry regulations in all produced content.
Analytics & Optimization
Track and analyze performance of content and social media activity (reach, engagement, conversions).
Experiment with new formats and tactics to improve performance.
Requirements:
General:
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
· Experience in the SaaS/IT industry and the B2B model
Previous experience working with medical, health tech, or dental content is a plus.
Experience in the USA market is highly desirable.
Technical:
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
Experience managing social media accounts for brands.
Familiarity with full-funnel marketing and content strategies.
A portfolio of published content (articles, videos, posts).
Tools:
Social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or native platforms).
CMS tools (WordPress or similar).
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for content formatting.
Analytics tools (Google Analytics, native platform insights, social listening tools).
Personal Characteristics:
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and digital marketing.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Proactive, with a “test and learn” mindset for continuous improvement.
