ey Responsibilities
Brand Communications
• Craft and maintain ēlancē’s communication tone across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email.
• Write captions, headlines, story scripts, campaign messages, and internal communication lines that fit the brand’s voice.
• Ensure every piece of communication is aligned with ēlancē’s identity: premium, calm, design-focused, and intentional.
Content Creation & Execution
• Oversee day-to-day posting across all socials.
• Build story sequences, reel descriptions, carousel narratives, and email flows.
• Edit and polish visual content (photos, videos, stories) with strong design taste and layout sensibility.
• Prepare campaign assets with the design team (briefing, direction, feedback).
Design Taste & Visual Direction
• Act as the guardian of aesthetic standards across social and email.
• Suggest visual improvements, refine layouts, and make sure everything looks cohesive and on-brand.
• Support in simple design tasks (story layouts, email headers, mood references, typography fixes).
Campaign & Collaboration Support
• Assist in planning monthly communication calendars.
• Coordinate with creators, UGC partners, and collaborators to ensure content fits ēlancē’s standards.
• Support launches (new products, collections, campaigns) with messaging and rollout execution.
Email Marketing
• Build and execute email newsletters, product announcements, lifestyle content, and automated flows.
• Maintain elegant, clean layouts with proper storytelling and visual balance.

Experience & Skills
• 2–4 years in marketing communications, preferably for lifestyle, design, luxury, or fashion brands.
• Strong writing ability — short-form, long-form, and storytelling.
• Excellent taste. Understands aesthetics, composition, tone, and lifestyle visuals.
• Hands-on execution: can write, edit, post, and refine without hand-holding.
• Basic understanding of simple design tools (Canva, Figma basics, Adobe Express).
• Comfortable working fast while keeping quality high.
• Organized, consistent, and reliable in managing daily communication flows.
