Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant based in Cairo. The Senior Travel Consultant will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing travel arrangements, creating personalized travel plans, assisting customers with reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves ensuring smooth execution of travel itineraries and addressing clients' needs efficiently.
Qualifications
Proficient in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
Experienced in Travel Arrangements and making Reservations
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in using travel booking systems and related technology
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
