Job Description

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize workflow and safety.
Manage and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of warehouse equipment and facilities.
Resolve operational issues and respond promptly to emergencies or disruptions in warehouse activities.

Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles.
Proven experience in supervising and leading warehouse teams.
Strong understanding of inventory management systems and best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and optimize warehouse operations.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in warehouse settings.
