We are looking for an Operations Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in the construction field. The role focuses on coordinating between departments, ensuring smooth workflow, and dealing with both blue-collar and white-collar teams. Candidate must be organized, reliable, and able to support any department when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily tasks between construction sites and
office departments.
• Follow up on site needs and communicate with supervisors, engineers, and workers.
• Support both blue-collar (workers, technicians) and white-collar (engineers, office staff) teams.
• Handle documentation, reports, and daily follow-ups with the Operations Manager.
• Assist in logistics, scheduling, and cross-department coordination.
Provide operational support to any department when required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in operations/coordination within a construction company.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Highly organized and proactive.
• Comfortable dealing with all staff levels.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
