💼 What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls from UK customers
• Convert inquiries into successful bookings
• Present services clearly and confidently
• Build strong customer rapport
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs
• Work closely with the Customer Service and Service Experience teams

• Strong English communication skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
