Job Description
- Develop and implement export strategies to expand the company’s presence across Europe, MENA, Africa, and North & Latin America.
- Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, agents, and clients in targeted regions.
- Manage all export operations including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the export team to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Negotiate and manage key contracts with international clients and business partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor export performance and prepare periodic reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Experience in fruits & vegetables is a must
- Minimum 15+ years in reputable export organizations, with at least 5 years in an Export Manager role.
- Market Experience: Solid exposure and operational experience across Europe, MENA, Africa, and North & Latin America.
