Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Engineer to join our Technical Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, planning, and optimizing CNC operations, ensuring precision and efficiency in manufacturing processes. This role combines technical expertise with project coordination and requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and optimize CNC programs (MILLING AND LATHE ) for various machining operations.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure manufacturability and quality standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, work instructions, and machining plans.
• Analyze and troubleshoot CNC operations to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding technical requirements.
• Maintain and update CNC machines and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the production team.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (production) .
• Proven experience in CNC programming and technical office work.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
