Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive industrial security policies and procedures to protect company assets, personnel, and information.
Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor and manage access control systems, surveillance equipment, and alarm systems to ensure operational effectiveness.
Coordinate and oversee emergency response plans, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and incident investigations.
Train employees on security protocols, emergency procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of safety and awareness.
Liaise with local law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and emergency services to ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations.
Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures.
Supervise on-site security personnel, providing guidance, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Bachelor’s degree in security management, industrial safety, criminal justice, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial security or a similar role.
Proven knowledge of security systems, access control, and surveillance technologies.
Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards for industrial environments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and make sound decisions under pressure.
