Job Description
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps in structure, processes, and capabilities.
- Design and implement OD interventions such as competency frameworks, performance management systems, and career development programs.
- Support succession planning, talent management, and leadership development.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support business transformation.
- Analyse HR and business data to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
- Provide training and workshops to support organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on culture and engagement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in OD, talent management, or HR development.
- Strong knowledge of OD models, performance management, and change management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Background in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
