Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vendor Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assign and allocate translators, vendors, and trainers based on project requirements and instructions.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of translators to meet ongoing business needs.
• Recruit new vendors, negotiate rates and terms, and maintain current vendor records.
• Ensure competitive pricing and terms while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
• Create and monitor performance metrics to manage vendor profitability and effectiveness.
• Assist in cost reduction efforts without compromising service quality.
• Provide support to Project Managers and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Project Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes for accurate and culturally appropriate translations.
• Ability to work with our tracking tool or similar programs.

• Exceptional Communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the translation industry is essential
