Job Description

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Manage and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement and generate operational reports.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, and transportation arrangements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Proven track record in leading and supervising warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and security protocols in warehouse settings.
