Job Summary
The Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing performance management processes and systems that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves analyzing business performance data, creating reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. The EPM Specialist will ensure alignment between organizational goals and operational performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise performance management frameworks and methodologies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define performance metrics and establish KPIs that align with organizational objectives.
- Analyze and interpret performance data to provide insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies for improvement.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to communicate performance results to management and stakeholders.
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial modeling activities to drive financial performance and resource allocation.
- Facilitate performance management reviews and meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability for results.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in performance management to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to staff on performance management processes and tools.
- Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to ensure data integrity and effectiveness of EPM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise performance management, financial planning and analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in EPM software and tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, IBM Planning Analytics).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
