Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Specialist (Talent Management).

What will you do?

• Organization Development: support OD projects including culture programs,Completency framework, and change management.
• Learning & Development: coordinate L&D activities, manage training calendars and ensure accurate documentation.
• Performance Management: Adminster performance appraisal cycle, ensure timely completion, and provide guide managers and employees.
• Employee Surveys: Plan, execute, and analyze employee surveys to identify trends and recommend action plans.
• Talent Programs: Assist in succession Planning, Career Development programs, and high-Potential employee initiatives.
• Data Reporting: Prepare reports on engagement, training effectiveness and performance metrics for management review.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR Policies and procedures across all talent Management activities.
• Vendor Coordination: liaise with external training providers and consultants for program delivery
• Support HR Projects: participate in cross -Functional HR Projects and initiatives as needed.
• Employee communications: Manage employee communication with the company and external portals.

What will you need?

• Years of Experience Min: 3 Max: 5
• Strong communication skills and facilitation skills
• Ability to influence and build relationships
• Knowledge of OD principles and L&D best practices
• Familiarity with performance management Systems
• Advanced PowerPoint and Visual tools, MS Excel and reporting skills
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
