Freelance Recruiter -- Remote Talent Acquisition | Executive Search | Work From Home; Project BasedWe’re looking to collaborate with experienced professionals who have a strong background in talent sourcing, executive research, and market mapping. This is a remote, project-based opportunity with a focus on leadership and specialized roles in the GCC region.Scope of WorkConduct structured online research to identify potential talentMap professionals against defined role briefs and criteriaUtilize LinkedIn and other platforms to collect and organize dataShare profiles in a clear, well-documented format using our templatesWork asynchronously with our internal team on agreed deliverablesIdeal BackgroundPrevious experience in talent sourcing, research, or executive searchProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent tools)Knowledge of GCC talent marketsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyEngagement DetailsThis is a commission-based freelance collaboration.
